Small businesses may acquire low-interest rate loans through our office for the purpose of establishing or expanding their business in the City of Middletown. The loans are generally limited to fixed assets, and financing and generally are provided in conjunction with personal equity and/or local bank participation. Additionally, the City of Middletown offers access to other public financing programs for larger projects, in addition to the aforementioned, including but not limited to Industrial Revenue Bonds and participation with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
