City of Middletown Residents:
WATER SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
The City of Middletown Water Department, in our ongoing efforts to upgrade and improve the reliability of the City water distribution system, started doing water system repairs and valve replacement throughout the City. This work will continue during the months of July, August and September 2007, weather permitting.
System flushing may occur in certain locations. Water may be discolored at the time of flushing and may be interrupted during the repairs.
Local residents affected by the flushing and repairs are advised to wait a minimum of 48 hours prior to doing any laundry. We apologize for this inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding as it is for the betterment of the City Water System.
